St Annes Nursing Home

St Annes is a High Care facility of 121 places which opened in 2006. It includes a dementia support unit for specialist care of those residents living with dementia.

St Anes has a Registered Nurse on every shift to meet the needs of residents with high clinical cares.

The beautiful design and modern furnishing of the building are both welcoming and homely. St Annes has large windows and takes great advantage of the stunning well established gardens with many quiet sitting spots capturing the sun or the shade depending on the season.

The dementia support unit has a lovely safe garden area which is continued with the stunning indoor conservatory with lovely plants and gentle bubbling fountain.

The large peaceful Chapel is host to regular Church services for all denominations. Spiritual care is enhanced by the services of a qualified pastoral care coordinator and her team whose work is integral to the holistic care of the residents.

Accommodation at St Annes comprises of both single and two bed rooms. The warm inviting sitting rooms are ideal for private visiting areas.

Each room is tastefully decorated and residents are encouraged to personalise their own space to their liking.

Each wing has a Recreational Activities Officer who provides a Lifestyle and Leisure activities program. Personal histories of residents are explored and we endeavor to provide activities related to personal interests. Events such as Australia Day and Melbourne Cup Days are celebrated in grand style by staff and residents who all join in the fun of the occasion.
