Residential Care

Although our Aged Care Facilities are privately owned the Residents fees are subsidised by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and all fees charged are set by that Department.
Before the admission of a new Resident can be arranged an assessment is made and the need for aged care is established either by the Regional Geriatrician or General Practitioner and the ACAT team and applicable paper work completed.
When seeking Aged Care accommodation for a relative or friend it is always advisable to visit the Aged Care Facility and see personally what services are available. It is also advised that where and when possible the prospective Resident visit the Aged Care Facility prior to admission.
Visitors and enquiries are always welcomed at our facilities.
